Since I downloaded Windows 10 my Dymo Labelwriter no longer works. I understand that the label writer stops functioning after installing Windows We will assist you to resolve the issue.
I suggest you to connect the device and run the hardware and device troubleshooter and check if it helps. If the issue persists, I suggest you to download the driver from the manufactures website and install it in compatibility mode and check if it helps to resolve the issue. Hope the information helps.

I would just like to confirm that the second solution provided by Krishna Prasobh V will resolve your issue. As long as the software is run in compatibility mode We recommend for Windows 7 then you should not encounter any other problems with the Dymo Label Software.
We are working on resolving this issue so that it will not be necessary anymore but until then this will get you up and running. Doesn't work for me Dymo : the software works, but when I plug in the printer I get "unknown device". Tried many times, did a clean install as suggested by Dymo support , but still no luck. In reply to DymoSupport's post on October 14, NET will be revisited? For such a tiny device, it looks like a rather massive install. I'd rather not eat close to a gig just to run a label driver that produce tiny labels. NET as well. Not nice use of hard drive real estate.
